Stuttgart (RPO). The absolute inability to drive a car driver in an accident it could cost the insurance coverage. The magazine reports the "just and harm", referring to a decision of the Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Stuttgart. The court was thus an insurance law, which had refused the repair costs for a vehicle to take over.

In the case of a car driver had blood alcohol of 1.29 set the wheel and causing an accident. The insurance then refused any insurance coverage. The Court of Appeal considered this to be justified, because the driver had behaved so grossly negligent and because of the high risk to other road users such a serious solar geyser traffic offense committed, that in these cases, there is no insurance coverage.
